Grants made simple: Delivering with confidence: How to manage your grant successfully

Receiving a grant award letter marks the beginning of a new phase: delivery. Once accepted, your business must comply with the project management plan you submitted, including deliverables, timelines, and costs. Grant-awarding organisations also require regular reporting, and some provide active monitoring through a dedicated officer. This session will outline the resource requirements for successful grant-funded project delivery and share practical advice on handling unexpected complications along the way.
