Read the Joint Press Release

The West Midlands creative and immersive technology cluster welcomes this pioneering collaboration, which showcases Coventry & Warwickshire’s leadership in immersive media and digital innovation.

Coventry-based creative tech company Panivox, in partnership with the British Motor Museum, has secured funding through the Innovate UK Launchpad: Immersive & Creative – Coventry & Warwickshire programme. The grant supports the continued development of RichCast, an innovative platform enabling cultural organisations to create and share interactive, multilingual digital storytelling experiences without the need for coding or specialist skills.

The project was awarded as part of the Launchpad programme funded by Innovate UK. Further support is being delivered by the region’s cluster management organisation, Coventry and Warwickshire Exchange (CWX). Here at CWX, we are positioned to support innovation from the ground, accelerate R&D and showcase this region as a national leader in creative and immersive technology.

RichCast allows users to design and publish rich media content using voice commands, animation, video, and branching narratives. With Launchpad funding, Panivox will add cutting-edge features—including AI-driven multilingual tools, geolocation integration, and in-built analytics—empowering museums and heritage organisations to reach more diverse and digital-first audiences.

"We’re thrilled to receive this funding to expand RichCast’s capabilities and support cultural organisations in developing their own interactive content," said Philip Oliver, Co-Founder of Panivox.

Panivox will co-develop prototype experiences with the British Motor Museum, these demonstrators will explore how museums can use RichCast to increase audience engagement both onsite and online, and to share stories in more inclusive and accessible ways.

The partnership reflects CWX’s vision of supporting scalable innovation across the immersive and creative industries, while creating pathways for local skills development, academic collaboration, and digital adoption in the cultural sector.
